About Jessica Westcott Simpson
Montessori Consultant, Speaker, and Coach
Jessica Simpson is a Montessori consultant, speaker, and instructional leader with over 25 years of experience serving children, teachers, and schools. She is the founder of HiFi Montessori, where she provides professional development, coaching, and curriculum consulting to Montessori programs across the United States.
Jessica holds an AMI Elementary credential and a Master’s degree in Montessori Education from Loyola University Maryland. Her experience includes classroom teaching, school leadership, curriculum development, and mentoring educators at all stages of their careers.
She currently serves as a Montessori Coach at Columbus Montessori Education Center and contributes to national curriculum development through her work with Montessori Records Xpress.
Jessica is a frequent presenter at national and regional Montessori conferences, including The Montessori Event (American Montessori Society National Conference), the Cincinnati Montessori Conference, and the Montessori Alliance of Tennessee. Her presentations focus on cultural curriculum, student agency, and supporting teachers in creating authentic Montessori environments.
Through HiFi Montessori, Jessica partners with schools to strengthen instructional practice, support teachers, and help programs thrive while honoring the integrity of the Montessori method. She regularly presents her work at national and regional Montessori conferences, including The Montessori Event, the Cincinnati Montessori Conference, and the Montessori Alliance of Tennessee.
